Family Tour & Interview
Once we have received your application for interest in our upcoming program, take the next step to secure your spot by touring the Academy! We will interview you and your student athletes to make sure this is great fit for your family and ours!
Pre-Registration
After you tour and interview we invite you to complete your pre-registration form. This does not hold your spot for the coming year but instead gives us an idea on what grades/ages your family is interested in and what schedule. We will contact you on the next step as we get closer to finalizing enrollment!

EAA Grade Pods & Weekly Layout
EAA Core + Conditioning Program Pods
Monday- Thursday 9:00-1:00 p.m. includes live core courses with weekly labs & activities.
Young Athletes
Aged 6-9 years-old, Young Athletes are introduced to learning in short engaging lessons with hands on activities and group workout sessions! Our Monday- Thursday program offers expanded labs in both speaking, writing, reading, history, and science, as well as and conditioning rotations.
Elite Athletes
Aged 10-14 years old our Elite Athletes are trained to launch into core subjects in shortened high intensity lessons blended with multiple 20 minute workouts and followed with an application of the lesson in the form of a quiz, essay, lab, or group project.
The Core subjects covered Monday through Thursday include block scheduling of Math, Science, English and History.
All Core subjects are accessed through Canvas and taught in live sessions throughout the week.
Accelerated Athletes
Aged 15-17 years old our Accelerated Athletes partake in EAA Core Courses accessed through Canvas but taught in live sessions throughout the week.
Accelerated Athletes are pushed in vigorous HIIT workouts twice daily and challenged to reach weekly personal bests.

EAA Core + Conditioning Packages
Tuition & Payments
Tuition for 172 Days Core+ Conditioning Training Program is a single set price covering Monday–Thursday enrollment.
The program includes daily core academics—3 hours per day of Math, English, and rotating Science and History tailored to each grade—plus 1 hour of athletic training.
The standard schedule runs 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; drop-off is available at 8:30 a.m. and pick-up as late as 1:30 p.m.
This tuition does not include afternoon electives, which are billed separately.

Elite Electives
Elite Electives Overview
Elite Electives at Elite Athletes Academy (EAA) are offered in Monthly bundles that run each afternoon.
These electives are taught by credentialed coaches and teachers to provide valuable enrichment opportunities beyond athletic & academic training. EAA partners with these professionals for our Elite Electives.
Each course accommodates between 5 to 15 students, depending on the specific elective.
Rotation & Enrollment Cost per class
Elective courses run in a monthly rotation based on grade pod. Instructors host the courses and set their prices individually for families. For a list of current courses sign up for our newsletter!
Due to limited capacity, families are encouraged to select courses promptly to secure a spot for their student athlete.

EAA Friday Program
Enrichment • Leadership • Life Skills • Community Impact | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Our Friday Program is intentionally designed as a non-academic, experience-based day where students grow beyond the classroom. Rooted in the mission of Elite Athletes Academy, Fridays focus on developing the whole child—building character, confidence, leadership, and real-world skills through hands-on learning and meaningful experiences.
Rather than traditional academics, students engage in purpose-driven activities that emphasize service, life readiness, teamwork, and personal growth.
What Fridays Look Like
9:00 – 9:20 AM | Team Huddle & Character Focus
Students begin the day with a team-based check-in, leadership discussion, and introduction to the weekly theme (ex: integrity, discipline, service, resilience).9:20 – 10:15 AM | Fitness & Team Challenges
High-energy group workouts, cooperative games, and team-building challenges that promote perseverance, communication, and leadership.10:15 – 10:30 AM | Snack & Reset
10:30 – 11:30 AM | Life Skills Lab
Hands-on, practical skill-building workshops such as:Basic cooking & nutrition
First aid & safety awareness
Financial literacy (saving, spending, giving)
Time management & goal setting
Public speaking & confidence building
11:30 AM – 12:15 PM | Service & Leadership Projects
Students participate in meaningful service-based activities, such as:Community care packages
