EAA is excited to continue to host our Heart of the Athlete Friday program! This unique experience gives student-athletes the opportunity to give back to the community while also building essential life skills.
Students will partner with the nonprofit Five Loaves to help feed the community, and they will also learn how to feed themselves through hands-on cooking instruction. Spring 2026 marks the launch of our rotating monthly cooking themes, featuring cuisine-style lessons, instructor demonstrations, hands-on activities, and friendly culinary competitions.
A student favorite is our Top Chef Challenge, where teams shop for ingredients, craft recipes around a theme, and compete to create the best dish. This competition will take place every Friday with a different theme each day!
